2  | 等謹案：《方輿勝覽》七十卷，宋祝穆撰。穆字和甫，建陽人。《建寧府志》載穆父康國從朱子居崇安。穆少名丙，與弟癸同受業于朱子。宰執程元鳳、蔡杭錄所著書以進除迪功郎，為興化軍涵江書院山長。是書前有嘉熙已亥呂午序，葢成于理宗時。所記分十七路，各係所屬府州軍于下，而以行在所臨安府為首。蓋中原隔絶，久已不入，輿圖所述者惟南渡疆域而已。書中體例，大抵于建置沿革、疆域道里、田賦戶口，闗塞險要，他志乘所詳者，皆在所畧。惟于名勝古蹟，多所臚列。而詩賦序記，所載獨備，葢為登臨題咏而設，不為考證而設。名為地記，實則類書也。然採摭頗富，雖無裨于掌故，實有益于文章。摛藻掞華，恒所引用。故自宋、元以来，操觚家不廢其書焉。考葉盛《水東日記》，稱元絳閔忠詩石刻在康州，《方輿勝覽》乃載在封州，又誤以為魏矼作，亦偽數字幸真迹，石刻尚存三洲巖中，則小小舛錯，亦所不免，要不害其大致之詳贍爾。乾隆四十三年八月恭校上。 |
