玄德今為北河侯，與韓遂對統，今屬仙官仙官又有北河司命禁保侯，亦司三官中事，乃隸東華官，保命君領之。此則是北河侯，必是相統屬矣。劉備字玄德，涿郡人，初起義兵，後遂據蜀，稱尊號。三年病亡，年六十三，諡昭烈皇帝。尋于時同為三國之主，魏武孫策，今位任皆高。劉此職雖小而隸仙官，其優劣或可得相匹也。韓遂字文紂，某某人，漢末阻兵，構亂西土，建安二十五年，魏武伐之，奔金城之內，為其將芃演等所害，遂乃驍雄而未免寇難，乃得與劉備對仕，殊為不類，兼隸仙官，益復超顯也。
