刻漏紹熈四年十月，置以西廊公使庫之南舊補冩庫貯之太史局，差局生二人，調節時刻、渾儀臺慶元四年七月，禮部侍郎胡紘等奏，乞扵秘書省園內築渾儀臺一座，遂以東岡改築髙二丈一尺省西北墻外添築外墻一重，并置鋪屋廵邏墻外多為民居所占，嘉㤗二年六月，因遺火延燒，遂請於朝，不許再造，仍添築外墻一重為限，土庫二其一舊庫在古器庫之後，嘉泰二年六月添置新庫，在提舉廳北，羣玉堂本名羣玉亭。嘉定元年三月，秘書少監汪逵改建規模，視舊増廣，遂易名曰堂，吏部尚書樓鑰書榜、芸香亭秘書少監汪逵改建，仍以芸香舊名掲之、蓬萊舊名錦隠，秘書少監汪逵改建，仍易今名。禮部尚書倪思書榜、天教本名汗青軒，嘉定二年，著作佐郎楊簡易之，仍書榜、汗青軒著庭之東，有蔵書屋三間，積年頹毁，嘉定三年七月重建，以汗青軒舊榜掲之，更皷房嘉定三年十月，以東廊舊潜火司屋一間為房，專差軍員并兵士二名掌之，省門東西攔馬墻外各置杈子一帯墻外舊為居民，私葢浮屋，嘉定六年十一月，盡令起拆，遂置杈子以障其地，內植槐一十二株。
