| 11 | 陳士奇，字平人，漳浦人，閩之能文家也。天啟進士。崇禎十五年來撫川，緣劾候代；賊既入夔，將吏謂公曰：卸事撫軍，可以去矣。公曰：賊自我入川來，我去何以對君父，義與封疆共存亡耳。城陷，與關南兵備副使陳纁、知府王行儉、巴縣知縣王錫、指揮顧景俱死。行儉，字質行，江南宜興進士，賊縛於演武場，大罵不絕，賊臠之。錫字古田，江西新建進士，被執，慷慨激烈，與士奇備受五毒，磔死。景聞城陷，入王府，以己所乘馬乘王，鞭而走，遇賊呼曰：賊寧殺我，無犯帝子。賊戕王，景死之。自瑞王以下，死者萬人。是日，天大雷電，晝晦；獻怒，架飛▉向天擊之，天為之霽。 |
