2  | 徽宗建中靖國元年十一月，復召蔡京為翰林學士承旨。初，供奉官童貫性巧媚，善測人主微旨，先事順承，以故得幸。及詣三吳訪書畫奇巧，留杭累月。蔡京與之遊，不舍晝夜，凡所畫屏障扇帶之屬，貫日以達禁中，且附語言論奏於帝所，由是帝屬意用京。左階道錄徐知常以符水出入元符皇后所，太學博士范致虛與之厚，因薦京才可相，知常入宮言之，由是宮妾、宦官眾口一詞譽京，遂起京知定州，改大名。會韓忠彥與曾布交惡，布謀引京自助，乃有是召。京首論二事：其一言「神宗一代之史，非紹聖無以察正元祐之詆謗，今復詔參修，是紛更也。願令史官條具紹聖之所以掩蔽者示天下」其二言「元祐置訴理所，以雪先朝得罪之人，紹聖命安敦、蹇序辰駁正，固當然耳，二人乃坐除名，如此則訴理為是矣。夫二臣之罪不除，則兩朝之謗終在」。疏奏，上益嚮之。 |
