24  | 陳俊卿字應求，莆田人。乾道間，以觀文殿大學士，知福州，兼福建路安撫使。政尚寬厚，嚴于治盜。定海水賊倪郎侵軼閩廣，海道騷然。俊卿召統領官鄭慶，授方略，慶以風為解。俊卿植旗於庭，視其所向，慶知不可欺，晝夜窮追，悉擒捕之，海道以清。上嘉其功，特遷銀青光祿大夫。轉運判官陳峴建議改行鈔鹽法，俊卿移書宰執，欲望朝廷更下有司熟議，或令建議之人以身任責，必有以見其可行者，然後行之。當時不能用，然鈔法果不行。明年，力請閑。以提舉洞霄宮歸。淳熙二年，再知福州。有旨：盡發本路海船及揀禁軍。俊卿奏去歲點集，拘留年半放散，商賈固已失業，今而並發，寧不重困。福州十二寨千九百人，揀中千七百餘人，盡行起發，州縣空虛，乞留其半，以備緩急。詔施行之。又奏本路四州，江西、湖北籍盜之法。四年，累章告歸，除特進提舉洞霄宮。朱子《陳正獻公行狀》 |
