18  | 貞觀四年，監察御史王凝使至益州，刺史髙士亷，勲戚自重從，衆僚候之昇僊亭，凝不為禮，呵却之，士亷甚恥恚。至五年，入為吏部尚書，㑹凝赴選，因出為蘓湖令。十七年，監察御史汲師廵獄至長安，縣令李乾祐不知御史至，廵訖將上馬，乾祐始來師，顧見不言而去，乾祐深憾之。二十年四月，乾祐除御史中丞，遂出為新樂令。顯慶三年七月，監察御史胡元範使越巂，至益州，駙馬都尉喬師望為長史，出候之。先是，勅斷迎使臣，師望托言他行，元範引却不與相見，師望忿憾，按轡專道，反駐後塵，及元範按劾其枉事，師望素與許敬宗善，先驛奏之，元範及巡免官。 |
