1  | 舊本題唐李靖撰，陳師道、何薳、邵博皆以為阮逸所託。然其指畫攻守、變易主客，於兵家微意，時有所得。故鄭瑗《井觀瑣言》，謂其書雖偽，亦出於有學識謀略者之手也。 |
| 1 | 明蘇伯衡撰。鄭瑗《井觀瑣言》，病伯衡文用意太苦，遣詞太繁縟。然《明史·文苑傳》稱，宋濂致仕，薦伯衡自代，稱其文蔚贍有法；為伯衡作集序，又稱其不求似古人，而未嘗不似。濂老於文律，其必有所取矣。 |
