3  | 周穆王時有火齊鏡，秦始皇有方鏡，不知《博古圖》、《考古圖》、《格古要論》俱無古鏡之說，惟《考古》才有舞鏡、鏡奩之收。國朝杭人商販於汴，自先君始，在汴得古銅器最多，歸即貨去。先君謝世，遺有四銖等錢一櫃，鼎瓶等器數十件，鏡三十餘面。餘方五齡，老母崇信道佛，不知古物價高，多施以鑄鐘磬佛像，今所存尚有數件，每遐想而興嘆。今以所愛之鏡，如秦八角江心鏡、黑漆古、翡翠色者，然猶在日性癖好古，因漫志之於左，補《考古》之一也。 |
