《洞冥記》全稱《漢武洞冥記》，凡四卷。後漢郭憲撰。一說郭璞撰《洞冥記》。《舊唐書·經籍志》記郭憲撰。《洞冥記》專記神仙道術，內容多荒誕不經，如羲和、三足烏，多為後世所採摭徵引。書中有序說：「漢武帝明俊特異之主，東方朔因滑稽浮誕以匡諫，洞心于道教，使冥跡之奧昭然顯著，今籍舊史之所不載者，聊以聞見，撰《洞冥記》4卷，成一家之書。」
