衛伯玉是唐朝軍事人物。早年習武。天寶年間在安西鎮守，以功遷員外諸衛將軍。安史之亂時，回長安任神策軍兵馬使，鎮陝州，由魚朝恩監其軍。至德元年（756年）正月，史朝義夜襲陝州，伯玉迎擊於礓子嶺（今陝縣菜園鄉），敗之。是年冬天再攻史朝義，奪下澠池等縣。乾元二年（759年），擊敗李歸仁部，封羽林大將軍。上元二年（761年），史思明圍長安，史朝義寇陝州，伯玉擊之於礓子嶺，十月，陸續攻克永寧、澠池、福昌、長水等縣。以功封河東郡公。廣德元年（763年），任荊南節度使，再封城陽郡王。大曆十一年二月入覲，病死京師。
