李叔良? - 621年，唐朝宗室，長平郡王，唐高祖李淵的六叔李禕的兒子。史書未記載生年。李叔良在義寧年間，授左光祿大夫，封長平郡公。武德元年，拜為刑部侍郎，進爵為長平郡王。鎮守涇州，抵禦薛舉。薛舉假說糧盡，引兵南去，遣高墌人詐降。李叔良遣驃騎劉感率眾赴高墌，至百里細川，伏兵齊發，唐軍敗績，劉感陣亡。李叔良大懼，出金賜士卒。嚴為守備，涇州保全。武德四年，突厥入侵，命李叔良率五軍抵禦。李叔良中流矢而亡，追贈左翊衛大將軍、靈州總管，謚號肅。
