宋琪（917年 - 996年），字俶寶，幽州薊人。

早年由於石敬瑭割讓幽雲十六州，宋琪成為契丹國的漢人，長于文學，好詼諧。契丹學漢人舉行貢部，琪中進士，成為壽安王侍讀。天福六年（941年），幽州大帥趙延壽聘請宋琪為從事，趙贊擔任河中節度使，聘為記室。周世宗征淮南時，隨趙贊出征，以功特加散大夫。太平興國三年（978年），授太子洗馬，上疏給宋太宗征討幽薊的方略。至道二年（996年），拜右僕射。是年卒。
