張篤慶（1642年 - 1715年），字歷友，號厚齋，別號崑崙山人。山東淄川（今屬淄博市）人。張至發曾孫。張紱之子。早年受知于施閏章。十四歲作《夢遊西湖賦》，十七歲與同邑諸公結郢中詩社。康熙二十五年（1686年）拔貢生。著有《八代詩選》、《班范肪截》、《五代史肪截》、《崑崙山房集》等。
張篤慶寫有《歲暮懷人詩》懷念蒲松齡：「談空誤入《夷堅志》，說鬼時參猛虎行。咫尺聊齋人不見，蹉跎老大負平生。」
