太和（328年二月-330年八月）是十六國時期後趙政權後趙明帝石勒的第一個年號，共計3年。也是後趙所使用的第一個年號。

石勒319年稱王，但是直到328年才開始使用年號。

太和三年九月改元建平元年。

又鐘淵映《歷代紀元考》考証《魏書》載劉曜得黑兔改年太和有誤，實為後趙石勒年號。劉曜並沒有改元之事。這可能是因為當時前趙和後趙國號相同，領土相接，傳聞謬誤，導致史書記載錯誤。
