張天祐（？ - 1355年），元朝末年民變領袖郭子興的妻弟。郭子興死後，韓林兒任命郭子興的兒子郭天敘為元帥，張天祐和朱元璋為副元帥。朱元璋率兵渡長江。郭天敘、張天祐領軍攻打集慶路，因為已投降的陳埜先又生了複歸元朝之念並在朱元璋默許或支持下叛亂，郭天敘、張天祐都被殺害，後來郭天敘弟郭天爵也被朱元璋以謀叛為由處決，郭子興的隊伍完全歸附朱元璋。
