李存渥（？ - 926年），後唐太祖李克用之子，後唐莊宗同母弟，生母曹氏。同光三年（925年）十二月辛亥，詔封申王。李存渥歷任義成、天平二軍節度使，都不到藩鎮，只住在京師食俸祿。
皇甫暉、趙在禮發動鄴都之變，莊宗到汜水，改李存霸為北京太原府留守，李存渥為河中節度使，詔書沒有到達，郭從謙反，發動興教門之變，李存渥跟著莊宗，抗拒叛軍。莊宗中流矢而死，李存渥與劉玉娘皇后逃奔太原，據說路上二人私通。到太原符彥超不納，李存渥走至風谷，為部下所殺。
