地皇（也作始建國地皇上戊、始建國地皇；20年-23年九月）是新朝皇帝王莽的第三個年號，也是他的最後一個年號。共計4年。地皇年號來自于中國神話中地皇曾歷三萬六千歲，以示統治長久。
地皇四年（23年）二月（王莽曆三月）綠林軍擁立更始帝劉玄為帝，年號更始。同年九月（王莽曆十月）王莽被商人杜吳所殺，新朝滅亡。
陳直考証地皇年號有繁簡區別。地皇是簡稱，還有始建國地皇、始建國地皇上戊是繁稱。這三種年號的寫法都有考古的文物資料可以佐証。而《中國歷代年號考》則推測當時繁稱是正式稱呼，而《漢書》趨從簡易，使得後人不知道有原來的繁稱。與此年號相同的還有之前的天鳳。
辛德勇考証，「始建國地皇」與「始建國天鳳」相同，都是年號的正式名稱。因天鳳六年春，王莽將歷名「上戊」綴于年號之後的要求，且大多時候同時在年號前加國號「新」，所以「始建國地皇」多以「新始建國地皇上戊」的形式出現。《漢書》作者班固依據個人習慣或當時社會稱用年號的固有習慣，將「始建國地皇」省作「地皇」，後世因襲。
