周永春（1573年4月6日 - 1639年），字孟泰，號毓陽，山東金鄉縣城北關人。萬曆十九年（1591年）辛卯科舉人，二十九年（1601年）辛丑科進士。歷任知縣、禮科給事中、太常寺少卿、遼東巡撫。因開原失陷，天啟初年（1621年）遭遣戍。終官都察院右僉都御使。崇禎十二年（1639年）正月初一卒於家。
