《瀛奎律髓》，元人方回编，凡四十九卷。《瀛奎律髓》专选唐、宋朝五言与七言律诗，即所谓「律髓」，并取「十八学士登瀛洲、五星聚奎」之义，故名「瀛奎」。本书共选唐代作家180馀家，宋代作家190馀家。《瀛奎律髓》中提出所谓「一祖三宗」之说，把杜甫列为江西诗派之祖，把黄庭坚、陈师道和陈与义算作三大宗师。这种说法十分勉强，被认为典型的江西诗派的维护者。
清人纪昀对《瀛奎律髓》一书批评甚力，并撰有《瀛奎律髓刊误》，《序》云：「虚谷乃以生硬为高格，以枯槁为老境，以鄙俚粗率为雅音」。《瀛奎律髓》卷四七收录惠洪〈赠尼昧上人〉诗，有「未肯题红叶，终期老翠微。余今倦行役，投杖梦烟霏。」之句，内容近于挑逗尼姑之意，方回评曰：「红叶之句，又似侮之；末句有欲炙之色，女人出家终何益哉！」纪昀在首句及尾联皆有涂抹（划红线），批道：「鄙恶之极，不以诗论。」
